Close your eyes, relax and allow yourself to be transported to another world. Everyone enjoys me-time a little differently. It's your time, and your appointment, if you would like to chat we are here to listen, if you would like to remain silent, that's okay too.

GRATUITY

Tips are very much appreciated! If you choose to leave a tip, cash or credit card is accepted.

CLOTHING 

We ask that you undress to your comfort level, meaning undergarments are optional. Modesty is respected at all times. We follow state laws and require sheet draping! You will remain covered under the sheet and the Service Provider will only uncover the body part they are working on.

HYDRATE 

It is important to drink plenty of water for 24 hours after your massage or body treatment. It flushes out the toxins that were released during your service and reduces potential soreness.

MUSIC 

Featuring relaxing music throughout the Spa. Each room has a volume control to be adjusted at your request. 

Personal Information

All clients must complete an Intake Form prior to service. Information collected from the Intake Form and any discussions in office or during treatment will be confidential and never shared with third parties without written permission from the client.

Appointment Reservations

Advance reservations are recommended as appointments are subject to availability. A debit or credit card is required to hold your reservation. Credit card holds are required for all guests without exception. Your card will only be charged in accordance to our 

cancellation policy. 

Group Bookings/Multiple Bookings

When booking Groups of 4 or more, or 4 or more Individual appointments, a 50% deposit will be required. Payments will be applied to services when received. Refunds will be issued in line with our 24 hour Cancellation Policy. 20% gratuity will be added to all Group/Multiple Bookings. 

Cancellation Policy

We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone's life. However, in our desire to be fair to all of our clients and out of consideration for our Service Providers time, 

we have adopted the following policy:

24-hour Cancellation Notice is Required when canceling OR changing an appointment. Cancellation, changes, or No Show's within 24 hours of appointment time will be charged a 

100% Cancellation Fee, 

equal to the amount of the booked service.

Check In
We ask that ALL clients PLEASE arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to be checked in. It is important that you arrive on time to receive your full treatment. We respect all of our clients schedules and are unable to extend your treatment time due to late arrivals. If you are more than 15 minutes late for an appointment you will not be seen, be considered a No Show, and will be charged in accordance to our cancelation policy. 

Age Requirements
We are an Adults only Day Spa, we accept Clients age 18 and older. 

To keep the serenity and peaceful atmosphere for our guests, children may not accompany you in treatment rooms, the waiting room or be left on the property unattended. We kindly ask that you arrange for child care prior to your visit in order for you and our other guests to receive the full benefit of relaxation of the Spa. 

*Please note, If you arrive with a minor child for an appointment, you will be refused service and be charged for the visit as a No Show. 

Prenatal Massage

We advise only facial treatments within the first three months of pregnancy. After three months, a prenatal massage can be scheduled.

Health Conditions

Please advise us of any special health conditions on scheduling your appointment as this may effect your selected treatment(s). Should you experience high/low blood pressure, heart conditions, cancer, allergies, skin rash, or any health conditions, we advise you to consult your doctor before your treatment and present us with a doctor’s note of approval. We have the right to refuse service due to contraindicated health conditions. 

Mobile Phones 

We ask that you respect the peace and tranquility of the Spa and ensure that mobile phones,  and devices are turned off before entering. Please refrain from calls while inside the Spa.  

Valuables

Island Massage & Spa accepts no responsibility for the safety of valuables of any kind brought to the Spa.  

Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates are available from our Front Desk or on our website. They are purchased as a Dollar Value, and can be used towards any Service or in our Spa Boutique. Certificates are non-refundable and are not redeemable for cash.

Return Policy
Due to the nature of the personal care items and Services, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Gift Certificates are non-refundable, nor are they redeemable for cash, cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Pre-paid massages or packages are non-refundable.

Payment
Payment is due at the time of service. Cash, and all major credit cards accepted. 

Prices
Prices and services are subject to change without notice.

Waiver

I understand the services offered are not a substitute for medical care and that any information provided by the therapist, or Island Massage & Spa is not a diagnostic or prescriptive in nature. The therapist or Island Massage & Spa may reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for inappropriate behavior, illness listed as contraindications for services or as deemed necessary. The client also has the right to stop the service at any time. The therapist and Island Massage & Spa assumes no responsibility for any disclosed or undisclosed illness or personal injury. 

Island Massage & Spa has the right to cancel or reschedule a treatment without notice. We have the right to change your service provider without notice, unless the service provider is specifically requested. 

By CALLING or scheduling your appointment ONLINE , you are indicating that you understand and accept these terms and conditions stated in the Spa Policies.
