Infrared Saunas are designed to give you a relaxing and detoxifying experience through the use of Far Infrared heat therapy. Far Infrared light is part of the Sun’s invisible spectrum of light that has the ability to penetrate and heats the body directly rather than just the air. This is a private sauna session. Bring a swim suit to wear (optional), Towels will be provided. We can accommodate 2 guests. 30 minute session.
