Deep Tissue massages are performed by two concepts, reaching deeper beneath the skins surface with a deeper pressure. Recommended for those who experience chronic pain and  tension and can help with problems such as back pain, sciatica, plantar fasciitis and more.  

The pressure is customized to your comfort with a Firm to Deep pressure.

Please note: Each persons perception and tolerance of deep is different, and each therapist has a limit to their strength. The Therapist will only go as Deep as they physically can, without causing injury to you or themselves. For those that like "extreme deep", please contact the front desk for a Therapist recommendation.

Prenatal Massage is a specialized bodywork tailored specifically to the unique needs of expectant mothers. As your body changes, our Therapists utilize safe, supportive positioning and gentle, targeted techniques to relieve the physical discomforts of pregnancy. This soothing treatment focuses on easing lower back pain, reducing swelling in the legs and ankles, improving sleep quality and alleviating the stress and anxiety that can accompany pregnancy. Cupping  Massage is a therapy that uses suction cups on the skin to lift muscle, fascia, and soft tissue instead of PUSHING down like a traditional Massage. This suction creates a Negative pressure environment that allows the muscles to relax and encourages healing. Therapists may use cups in a stationary or gliding techniques. This is an excellent Therapy for Clients with pain, tension and tight fascia. 

Please note, may cause pink, red or purple marks on the skin where the suction was applied, they usually fade within a few days.

A gentle, customized massage designed for individuals undergoing or recovering from cancer treatment. Sessions are adapted to each guest's unique needs with a focus on comfort, relaxation, and supportive care.

Need a quick touch up on your back? Try out our seated massage in our Specialty Massage Chair. This is a bended knee, forward leaning position allows the Therapist to focus on the neck, shoulders back, and arms and hands. Ideal for quick tension relief to those common problem areas.

Please note...This is not a "standard" massage. You will remain clothed, and there will be no oils used. This does require physical ability to bend down and lean forward to get into and out of the char. Restrictions for those with knee, or mobility issues.
