Reiki is a Japanese energy work technique that can promote relaxation, reduce stress, and calm anxieties through a comforting, gentle touch. The practitioners place their hands lightly on or just above a person, with the goal of directing energy to help facilitate the person’s own healing response. Clients remain fully clothed for the session. Reiki is applied through non-invasive, non-manipulative gentle touch.

Craniosacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle form of bodywork that releases restrictions in the bones and tissues that surround the central nervous system. CST works with the movement of fluid that surrounds the brain and spinal cord, and sacrum and seeks to release restrictions in the soft tissue throughout the body. Clients remain fully clothed for the session while the practitioner uses a very light touch.
